GENEL NİTELİKLER
At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics processes
· University graduate (Preferably from Engineering Departments or Warehouse, Supply Chain and Logistics Departments)
· Good command of English (to be able to communicate abroad)
· Experienced in warehouse and stock management
· Able to analyze data
· Good command of MS Office, who used SAP, AXATA, etc. systems in warehouse management systems and integration processes.
· Overall understanding of warehouse, and domestic transport activities as well as Export/import requirements.
· Analytical and result oriented
· Strong communication and relationship management
· Improved problem solving and decision making skills
· High speed and responsibility focus
İşin Tanımı;
· To coordinate, control and audit the warehouse contract logistics services received from domestic 3PL logistics service providers with domestic teams, to make efficiency analyzes and periodically report to the relevant units
· To make / ensure and control the 3PL workforce planning according to the monthly estimated warehouse entry and exit numbers
· By working with the 3PL service provider on issues such as unloading the containers arriving at the warehouse on time, taking the products into stock with the correct addressing, sending the daily shipment orders to the customers on the same day, returning the warehouse stock level, optimizing the warehouse stock level and stock accuracy, process efficiency build efficient processes
· To identify the deficiencies and development areas in the warehouse processes and to cooperate actively with the 3PL service provider by coordinating the Logistics, Purchasing and Import Departments in order to improve the processes.
· Taking actions and making improvements in order to manage warehouse operations at the targeted cost level and to realize other relevant KPIs
