JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish and manage relations with 3PL, Samsung entities, and Customer
- Have experience working with multiple 3PL’s
- Review and submit all customs cost such as storage fee, overtime fee, customs brokerage service fee, customs penalties etc.
- General invoice processing and general accounting functions
- Tracking of invoice auditing and vendor compliance
- Monitoring invoice aging and working in tandem with vendor
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and KPIs to ensure operational excellence
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selection of methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Prepare financial related analysis and research in area such as financial and cost saving performance measures.
QUALIFICATION
- 2-4 years logistics operations experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business, Finance or similar
- Conduct performance and cost analyses as required.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Stakeholder management both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information to identify, escalate and make recommendations
