GENEL NİTELİKLER

One of the subsidiaries of Dmed Healthcare, Our company, which produces and exports Dialysis Consumables at the İstanbul/Sarıyer address, will be recruited with the following characteristics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from the Business or Engineering departments of universities,
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of supply chain and logistics management,
• Having very good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Being able to use MS Office programs at a good level,
• Strong communication direction and prone to teamwork,
• Travelling without disability,
• Having experience with ERP and MRP systems is the reason for preference.
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Following-up of the whole operational process of domestic and international exports and imports,
• Performing car organization according to the delivery and transportation of the orders confirmed by the Sales and Purchasing unit,
• Preparation of customs documents and follow-up and conclusion of customs procedures,
• Preparation of foreign documents in export transactions and informing the customer,
• Insuring the products in cases where it sees risks during transportation,
• Managing continuous relations with land, sea and air transportation companies,
• Separating logistics operation requests/orders as exports and imports and filing them in this way,
• Ensuring that the fastest transportation is made at the most affordable price,
• Timely communication of the necessary information to the relevant units within the company
• In case of extraordinary and negative situations that may affect the logistics operation (accident, bad weather conditions, failure, delay in loading, etc.), notifying the relevant unit in a timely manner with the necessary precautionary suggestions,
• Informing the relevant unit for billing according to the service fee,
• Creating documentation in accordance with the Quality Management System for the processes,
• Conducting statistical studies and necessary reporting related to the unit,
• Monitoring raw material and finished product warehouses and managing related processes,
• Ensuring communication with customers and suppliers regarding the area of responsibility,
