As Turkey's first and national brand of fuel and lubricants sectors, it was established on February 18, 1941. Petrol Ofisi traditionally sustains the following titles: "Fuel sector leader of Turkey", "Lubricants and chemicals market leader of Turkey" and " One of the top five companies of Turkey". Petrol Ofisi has a diverse and strong infrastructure with its unique size: 1,800 more than gas stations, over 1,400 villages pump, 7 fuel terminals, one LPG terminal, 20 airport supply units, 1 lubricant blending plant and about 1 million cubic meters of storage capacity.

We are looking for an Industrial Sales Area Manager (Lubricants) to be appointed in the Marmara region(İstanbul):

  • Graduated from 4-year undergraduate departments of universities,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
  • Able to use MS Office programs (good level of excel knowledge for reporting),
  • Basic Finance, Accounting and Risk Management knowledge,
  • Reporting and analysis capability improved,
  • Good time management skills,
  • Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule , open to relocation
  • Good command of English
  • A keen, flexible and aggressive intellect; superior conceptual thinking as well as analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional virtual teams

AIM OF JOB

To carry out sales activities for industrial customers in the assigned territory in order to increase Sales volume and Profitability. In addition to existing customers, expanding the customer portfolio with new customer acquisitions, increasing the market penetration, increasing profitability and sales tonnage, examining and monitoring company risks, meeting at different levels (purchasing, technical, company top management / owner), and providing sales agreements are prominent areas of responsibility.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience on heavy industries and related applications is preffered i.e.; Cement, mining, iron & steel, pulp & paper, oil & gas,
  • Using CRM system effectively regarding all field studies, planning their visits, entering visit reports and customer information,
  • To visit domestic fairs related to the sector,
  • Monitoring of contract conditions, payment terms and sales figures,
  • Build strategic alliances with OEMs,
  • Keep building relationships and networking with key customers of the industry,
  • In cooperation with technical services team develop technical solutions and prepare quotations,
  • Coordinate commercial, legal, logistics and other relevant teams during quotation preparation and contract negotiation,
  • Conduct competitor analysis, build and maintain process for competitor evaluation,
  • Coordinate all marketing plans and strategies in the defined territory together with the marketing team to increase sales volume and expand the customer base,
  • Full Compliance with regulations and company policies,
  • Client engagement management and relationship building.
