Job Description & Responsibilities

  • To implement, coordinate and control the LUJO HOTEL standards determined by the hotel management
  • To provide guest request management and to be responsible for interdepartmental coordination of these requests
  • Managing the distribution of incoming calls the LUJO ASSIST team
  • Recording the incoming requests in the automation system, directing them to the departments and tracking the requests
  • Responsible for reporting the malfunctions and requests received during the day, creating the performance reports of the departments and presenting the reports to the Hotel management
  • Analyzing malfunctions and requests throughout the hotel and supporting the Hotel management in planning
  • Coordinating and guiding the team
  • To be responsible for preparing personnel budget and preparing and implementing in-departmental trainings
  • Implement and improve the request management procedure

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel
  • Confident in Reporting and Analysis
  • Skilled in organization, control and follow-up
  • Improved verbal and written communication
  • Preferably fluent in English, Russian
  • Contribute to team management and development
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar positions
  • Graduated from the tourism and hotel management departments of the university
  • Giving importance to guest satisfaction
  • Confident in problem solving, quick decision making and planning
  • Has fluent and smooth diction
  • Analytical thinker, careful and attention to detail
