QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The word “experience” is often used in conjunction with old age. And it is not often sought after in the software business, although, it is an important trait in real life. Software businesses usually prioritise youth, dynamism and change.
But there are things in life that we do not wish to change. Trust being one of them and it comes hand in hand with experience. We trust upon positive experiences.
Established in Turkey, we created our team in answer to the following crucial question: was there in any way a solution in which we could combine these strong traits together? Could we start up a team, that would be experienced, create trust and at the same time be young and dynamic; easily adaptable to change?
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering,
- 2+ years of experience in software development with a strong presence of R&D components in the accomplished projects.
- Experience in Python and multiple libraries (NumPy, OpenCV, Scikit, Pandas, etc.).
- Experience in Git and Linux environments.
- Knowledge in computer science, with competencies in data structures and algorithms
- Solid knowledge in agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
- Familiar with Machine Learning or Deep Learning concepts.
- Having a deep understanding of ML & DL algorithms and their theoretical background.
- Familiar with NLP or Computer vision.
Nice To Have:
- MS / PhD degree in related fields.
- Experienced in developing deep learning models for classification, segmentation, and object detection purposes in images.
- Experience in one of the following frameworks: Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
Job Description:
- Participate on different data science and optimization projects on different levels like design, model development, code construction and deployment.
- Collect, understand and analyze all requirements and needs, design appropriate solutions and algorithms
- Constantly improve skills and knowledge on machine learning techniques and data science tools.
