QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
As AMC-TR/Agrimatco, which has been providing quality and professional service to Turkish Agriculture for 22 years; we are looking for new teammates to further enlarge our growing and developing staff in our New Department “Agricultural Machinery.” As being the exclusive distributor of Agrifac in Turkey, which is one of the global leader in sustainable solutions for agricultural machinery, our new teammate will provide technical and sales assistance for each assigned Product Line in the pre and post-sale stages to distributors, customers and companies to achieve effective commercial launches and sales goals.
Requested features:
- Graduated from Agricultural Engineering Faculty / Agricultural Machinery Department (preferably master, PhD or MBA degree)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- High knowledge of the agricultural pesticides equipment’s and self-propelled agricultural machines.
- Knowledge on related domestic and EU regulations
- Understanding of operational planning as well as product development processes.
- Available to travel and mobility for all around Turkey and outside of Turkey
- Competencies must include strong written and oral communication skills in English, problem solving and innovation.
- Ability to use computer systems and related software’s
- Will be able to manage warranty and service processes
- Able to manage spare parts stock and shipment
- Strong leadership abilities
- Good customer relationship, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analyzing & Reporting skill
- Company branding, messaging and market positioning
- Creating, planning and organizing activities to support sales targets
- Lead to positioning and launching of the machinery products and promotional activities
