REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering or mechatronics engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment, preferable with background and experience in automotive industry
- Experience with automation & robotics and all associated equipment (vision systems, oven automation, end of arm tooling options, barcode systems etc.)
- Significant experience with the development, deployment, and support of robust manufacturing equipment in an active production environment
- Experience with mechanical, pneumatics, electrical and PLC (Especially Siemens S7 1500 and TIA PORTAL) programming
- Experience with collaborative robots (especially ABB Robots)
- Strong knowledge and experience about TPM activities
- Experience with machine safety equipments (Safety PLC, Area Scanners, Safety bariers etc.)
- Knowledge about LOTO application
- Significant experiences withdrive systems (servo drives, encoders etc.)
- Knowledge about sensor controlled automated transfer lines (especially Sick sensors)
- ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 experience is preferred
- Take initiative, effective communication skills, team player, quick-learner
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Good level of computer skills, MS-Office
- Able to travel when required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Comissioning of new production line
- Planning, execution and coordination of whole maintenance activities of new production line
- To support maintenance supervisor and act as side lead during commissioning activities and make sure that new production line will be running on time with required performance
- To lead all maintenance activities of new production line and make sure that production is running smoothly
- Continuously improvement of maintenance activities for cost, quality and productivity
