QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Maintenance Associate” to be in our Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:

  • Coordinating and controlling maintenance activities in the area of responsibility,
  • Creating the necessary infrastructure to standardize maintenance processes,
  • Ensuring and following that planned maintenance is carried out on time,
  • Managing the process by monitoring the parameters related to the maintenance operation and following the statistical data,
  • Determining the needs for personnel development, increasing communication and ensuring coordination.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineeringdepartment of universities,
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Preferably with experience in the beverage sector,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office,
  • Preferably used the SAP PM module,
  • Good command of English,
  • Having knowledge of maintenance processes, business analysis and efficiency calculations,
  • Having knowledge of PLC programming languages, able to interpret electrical or mechanical technical drawings,
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety,
  • Dynamic and able to keep up with the intense work tempo,
  • Working in harmony and coordination with the team with strong communication skills,
  • Being solution-oriented with an innovative perspective
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Live/can live in Sakarya
