POSITION SUMMARY
S/he will lead the E-Maintenance program (CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System ) and regularly perform data analyses on losses and threats, review Key Performance Indicators for assets availability and performance and provide reports to management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING QHSE)
• Manage/follow-up 3rd party service providers.
• Organize and schedule the preventive and corrective maintenance by using E-Maintenance program.
• Provide technical support field technicians with the OEM manuals and specifications.
• Define and implement corrective actions to maintenance procedures in the CMMS.
• Ensure all planned and unplanned maintenance activities are performed according to the Industry standards.
• Take part in root cause analyses for all breakdowns.
• Enhance planned maintenance activities.
• Embed continuous improvement culture among the technicians.
• Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; Resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends.
• Attends to daily meetings.
• Will check daily mechanical and electrical reports of drilling rigs and follow-up the daily work orders status in e-maintenance program.
• Other additional tasks given by department manager.
• Create log, tracking and PM schedule of each equipment at each field.
• Will be responsible for administrative jobs in the office for maintenance department.
• Will support to documentation process and establishing OEM documentation library in the server.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 0-1 years similar field experience or fresh graduate.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal relations, communication and management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis and to follow-up on all tasking to completion.
• Ability to claim and accept ownership of processes, and to provide appropriate leadership when called upon.

TECHNICAL OR VOCATIONAL EDUCATION & TRAINING (INCLUDING HSE)
• Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines.
• Be fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficient computer skills in office software and company proprietary software
WORK CONDITIONS AND EQUIPMENT (IF REQUIRED)
• 5/2 office based.
• Ability to Field trip when necessary.
• Ability to overtime when necessary.
