QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Maintenance Engineer” for our Engineering team.
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university,
- 2+ years experience in a Maintenance role (preferably in the pharma industry),
- Preferably able to use MS Office JD Edwards and have knowledge of SAP,
- Knowledge of planning, corrective and preventive maintenance,
- Strong communication, analytical, result oriented and team player skills,
- Fluent in English.

- Planning and performing scheduled maintenance processes and coordinating maintenance team to perform necessary maintenance requirements on related machines without any deviation from scheduled plan,
- Dealing with failures related to production machines and coordinating maintenance technicians,
- Working on different projects that will ensure high efficiency in production,
- Being responsible for the commissioning of the investments (automation, etc.) made in the factory,
- Preparing and following up reports on downtime, unplanned downtime, Mean Time Between Failures, Mean Time To Repair, Top 10 costs, True Efficiency,
- Being responsible for defining, designing, developing, monitoring and refining an “Asset Maintenance Plan”,
- Determining and coordinating contract needs within the scope of external services required for activities,
- Analyzing data & performance, cost and loss reports,
- Carrying out workforce planning for mechanical workshops personnel in accordance with maintenance plans,
- Collaborating with and providing guidance to functional departments of maintenance, repair and production in reliability related processes and the identification of critical spares,
- Providing technical solutions to operational problems including system optimization, renewing, upgrading, commissioning and troubleshooting and ensuring root cause identification and elimination within the technical team,
- Ensuring that processes and equipment are safe for people, products and the environment and comply with local regulatory/statutory requirements.
