QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Due to our global organization's needs, we are seeking for Maintenance Engineer to be employed in our Maintenance Department.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience at mechanical design software such as Autocad, Solidworks
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Capable of planned and disciplined work
- Ability to work as a team member and coordinated with other departments
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications
- Residency in European side of İstanbul
JOB DESCRİPTİON
- Analysis of repetitive equipment failures
- Forecasting of spare parts
- Support the development and continuous improvement of company process safety standards and specifications to promote understanding of and compliance with process safety requirements.
- Perform effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability
- Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance in accordance to minimized unplanned downtime
- Record and document all work carried out on all equipment on both paper and electronic systems as is required
- Analysis of issues to root cause and development of countermeasures, improvement actions and/or suggestions to improve
- Identify energy savings opportunities and make recommendations to achieve more energy efficient operation
- Work with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies
- Make research and basic design for new system
- Prepare technical specifications
