QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

Ensuring maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety, risk management, environment, health and regulatory rules,
Running the existing maintenance system and contributing to improvement of it according to department targets and company group standards,
Planning and conducting planned, periodic and predictive maintenance activities,
Creating and monitoring machines and plants maintenance instructions and standards,
Identify energy savings opportunities and tracking CO2 activities to achieve more energy efficient operation,
Budget control of expenses and spare parts,

Taking actions and making root cause analysis for the breakdowns and repeating defects,
Work with the team and other department members to produce effective maintenance strategies.

Qualifications:

· University degree in Mechanical, Electric or Mechatronic Engineering,

· Minimum 3 years in Maintenance experience,

· Experience in Predictive & Preventive maintenance methodologies,

· General knowledge about mechanical and electrical systems(Utility systems),

· Experience on hydraulic circuits, mechanical & pneumatic systems,

· CAD/CAM software knowledge is a plus,

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,

· Experience with ISO50001 requirements

· Having experience with IATF-16949 Quality System is plus

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

· Able to travel abroad for training/business,

· Driving license with experience,

· Living or able to live in Duzce.
