RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible that all maintenance staff work according to HSE policy of Gates,
- Responsible for all periodically maintenance activities (preparing maintenance sheets for all machines in shopfloor and following things are done in a timely manner.)
- Involving and taking active role in all Best Practices & Continuous Improvement projets
- Following all stoppages occurred in 3 shifts and taking corrective actions with the team to decrease or get rid of stoppage time
- Preparing spare part list and keep it as up-to-date (especially foreseing and defining important spare parts thats delivery time more than 1 week)
- Back up all programs used in all machines as up-to-date ( such as PLC programs etc)
- Preapring Predictive & Preventive maintenance activities and following things are done in a timely manner
- Solving problems occurred on machines individualy or with the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Electrical/ Electronical Engineering .
- Experience in automation systems, especially on Siemens S7 and robotic applications
- Good written and oral communication skills in English,
- Must be fully competent in MS Office applications,
- Good Understanding mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics systems
- Problem Solving Tools Knowledge (5WHY, fishbone, brainstorming, SWOT, ABC and Pareto analysis etc.)
- Knowledge on Loto and Poke-Yoke
- Good at technical project reading (layout/wiring)
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance(TPM)
- Must have good organizational, communication skills
