QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machines.
- Giving technical support with problem solving approach to maintenance teams at responding production machine breakdowns.
- Close tracking maintenance and production key performance indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.
- Contributing to increase competency level of the maintenance team by international trainings, workshops and fairs related with production and maintenance technologies.
- Defining and leading Industry 4.0 projects to support the digitalization strategy of the company.
- Continuously communicating with client departments, suppliers and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above university degree in Electrics/Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering field
- Fluent in Turkish and in English (plus German is an asset)
- Knowledge of coding and/or technical drawing (PLC Automation, Python, AutoCAD etc.)
- 1-3 years experience in similar positions
- Willingness to take initiative
- Eagerness to learn and improve her/himself
- Very good communication and coordination skills
