QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Maintenance Manager" with the following qualifications for factory of our company which is one of the leading companies in the Pharmaceutical Industry in İstanbul.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- At least 12 years of experience in the relevant field, preferably the Pharmaceutical Industry,
- Have a good command of both written and spoken English,
- Be able to take part in the production area and manage the process during periods of uncertainty and crisis,
- Experienced in team management,
- Problem solving and organization ability,
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Job Description
- Organizing and tracking all planned/unplanned, predictive maintenance practices required for all machines and systems in the production line to operate in optimal conditions,
- Ensuring the necessary coordination of all building maintenance repair activities,
- Preparing and following the annual maintenance budget,
- Finding root causes of troubles and to work to minimize them,
- Taking active role in investment activities, managing installation and startup activities,
- Coordinating the outsource resources usage related to maintenance activities,
- Contributing to the improvement of production processes,
- Supporting development of her/his team members by leading to them,
- Providing the necessary support for technical purchasing,
- Supporting and giving importance to health, safety and environmental work.
