We are looking for a “ Maintenance Manager” for our global client about production sector in Silivri with the following skills and the qualifications:
Qualifications:
-BSC / MSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
-Fluent in verbal and written English
-Press, Assembly and injection process knowledge
-A minimum of 8 years’ experience in maintenance within minimum 5 years of experience as supervisor, leader or manager roles.
-Good understanding of the technical features of Machinery lost times.
-Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
-Plan and organize maintenance work to ensure breakdowns are minimized and fixed rapidly when they do occur. Minimal production losses due to machinedown-time.
-Manage the supply of spare parts. Optimal balance between stock cost and repair time.
-Manage implementation of training of subordinates, and machine operators as required.
-Manage planning and implementation of contractor and purchasing activities for investments. Planned investments are done on time and within budget.
-Manage maintenance and repair activities requiring external companies and/or contractors. Ensure rapid and economical service. Leading to effective maintenance and reduced breakdowns.
-Manage Improvement equipment and infrastructure. Improved safety and productivity.
-Manage implementation OHSE in maintenance department. Provide a safe and healthy working environment
- Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
