Maintenance Planning Engineer Job Profile
We are global mining company which has several sites around the world. We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated Maintenance Planning Engineer for our project in Develi.
Job Profile
- Overseeing and organizing execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facility,
- Maintaining electrical and mechanical services through Planned Preventative Maintenance,
- Determining and developing all the projects requirements (Equipment, tools etc.),
- Organizing and following up all documents within the scope of progress payment,
- Being coordinated with supply chain and other related departments and making stock reservations,
- Organizing and reporting the purchasing demands of planned works,
- Being responsible for the maintenance of defective equipment,
- Preparing Gant Chart of the shutdown period, and making critical analyzes of the shutdown period,
- Determining the workforce source level of the shutdown period,
- Organizing work packages for repeated jobs,
- Preparing equipment-based shutdown reports and financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis,
- Being partner with Process department, organizing weekly follow-up meeting, preparing data, and recognizing the priorities with supervisors,
- Ensuring and managing the procedures of maintenance department,
- Preparing regular and irregular reports,
- Providing periodic controls of the vehicles actively used in the site and being responsible for vehicle stickers,
- Planning and joining toolbox for contractors and team members,
- Following up the maintenance works of auxiliary facilities as heating center and treatment plant etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, Master’s Degree will be plus,
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably within mining or similar industries,
- Being experienced in preventive, predictive and correctiveof maintenance works,
- Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment is plus,
- Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English,
- Good command of MS Office applications including MS Project and ERP programs, AutoCAD knowledge will be plus,
- Being team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
- Effective communication skills,
- Be an active driver,
- Residing Develi in Kayseri district or willing to relocate.
