Maintenance Planning Engineer İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teammate in accordance with the following qualifications to be assigned as "Maintenance Planning Engineer" in the copper enrichment plant of our company in Kastamonu Hanönü region.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering,

• Preferably with at least 2 years of maintenance and maintenance planning experience in the mining or similar industries,

• Being experienced in preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance works,

• Fluency in both written and spoken English,

• Ability to use MS Office, MS Project and SAP,
  

• Analytical thinking and goal-oriented vision,

• Being team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,

• Effective communication skills, self diciplined and proactive,

• Class B driving license,

• For male applicants no military obligation,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Making daily, weekly and shutdown maintenance plans for the plant in the most efficient way,

• Daily follow-up on work requests and work orders,

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports,

• Preparation of maintenance plans in SAP by reading the manuals of the equipment,

• Preparation of spare parts lists for new equipments,
• Plan and coordinate preventive and predictive actions for the plant,

• Organizing outsource and materials for planned shutdowns,

• Being partner with Process department, organizing weekly planning meeting, preparing data, and recognizing the priorities with supervisors,

• Providing periodic controls of the vehicles actively used in the site, HVAC system, cranes & lifting tool, pressure vessels, etc.,

• Being coordinated with supply chain and other related departments and making stock reservations,

• Following HSE policies and procedures,

• Minimize all safety and environmental risks/hazards,
