QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical engineering from a reputable university
- Preferably experience in Maintenance, tire industry experience will be an asset
- Knowledge on PLC programming , Simatic S7 and RS logix 5000, other PLC programming knowledge will be an asset
- TPM knowledge (Predictive, preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance management) and to be familiar a CMMS system
- Pneumatic & Hydraulic knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Autocad & Solidworks knowledge.
- Strong skills about analytical thinking, open minded, decision making, team working and problem solving
- No obstacles for international business travels
- Military service must be completed for male candidates
- Live/Willing to live in Izmit
Job Description:
- Managing planned maintenance activities & making root-cause analysis to reduce breakdown ratio, taking improvement actions to reduce product scraps related with the machine problems
- To ensure that machine technical drawings are complete and accessible. (Mechanics, pneumatic,hydraulic & electrical drawings)
- Managing preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities and leading maintenance team
- Ensuring HSE rules are followed during the interventions.
- Supporting spare part management system and energy management system
- Supporting new equipment & machine installation projects, improving existing process and creating new ideas regarding the requirements of factory
- Ensuring coordination with internal and external outsource companies.
PS: Written and oral technical exam will be applied during the interview.
