QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a fast-growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Manufacturing team we are looking for aMaintenance Supervisor.
What Do We Expect:
- Insure that all applicable safety procedures are followed and interact with work permitting process as needed
- Provide daily coaching and supervision to the Technicians
- Monitor the performance of the team through established KPIs
- Directly manage and execute priority works when necessary
- Participate in the development of quality work plans by working with the Planner
- Participate in the development of work schedules by working with the Scheduler
- Ensure weekly routine maintenance schedule is executed as defined
- Ensure works are properly completed and closed in a timely fashion
- Ensure work orders are properly closed in the system by the Technicians as soon as the work is completed
- Supervise contractors in the execution of maintenance activities, ensure contractors are following all applicable safety procedures and are meeting the defined objectives
- Search root causes of the problems and generate preventive actions to kill the problems permanently
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering departments of universities
- 2+ years of Maintenance experience
- Good at English (written & spoken)
- Strong attitude and ability to work in a multi-culture environment
