QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervising maintenance process & operations
- Monitoring equipment inventory and following up place orders
- Performing technical work specific to line equipment review, etc. Sign off on engineering design & certifications. Work with external vendors. This could include civil, electrical, or other engineering specialty skill sets
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy
- Responsible for all preventive maintenance activities
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of knowledge/experience in Facility and/or production area equipment’s Maintenance activities
- Knowledge of Lean Principles, Kaizen, 6 sigma and TPM
- Strong acumen of business environment in KSA
- Willingness to travel
- GD&T fundamental knowledge is must
- Minimum Intermediate level of automation knowledge is must
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications:
- Living in Bergama or Dikili location is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
