QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Maintenance Unit Manager (Electrical Maintenance Manager/Mechanical Maintenance Manager) to be assigned to our Chromebar company, which will start operating in 2022 and will produce chrome-plated shafts, as part of Faydasicok Holding/Hasçelik group. Key Requirements:
We are waiting for the applications of our candidates who:
- Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Maintenance and Repair,
- Good command of English (written/verbal)
- Experienced in lean manufacturing techniques and preferably in the automotive industry,
- Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Able to use ERP programs effectively,
- Completed military service for male candidates,
- Currently residing or able to reside in Kocaeli or Istanbul Anatolian Side.

Job Description:
- To ensure the follow-up and coordination of all infrastructure processes in our newly established factory,
- To create new maintenance teams,
- Maintain EHS (Environment, health, and safety) and Quality Management policies and procedures,
- Preparation, reporting, and management of all maintenance activities,
- Monitoring scheduling and management of all investments, including design of required processes,
- Maintenance budget preparation and follow up tender and contract preparation,
- Management of subcontractors, ensuring all projects are in line with targeted operational results, time and budget,
- To define machine spare parts and provide continuous control with warehouse,
- Leading maintenance team and supporting all departments and plans for process improvement projects,
- Leading the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling (MP&S) the scheduling and participates in the execution of the regular maintenance activities as prescribed in maintenance tasks,
- Ensuring the maintenance technical documentation is available and up to date,
- Driving the performance through loss elimination and continuouing improvement breakdown elimination, ensuring the standard progressive maintenance monitoring systems,
- Working together with the team and maintenance group in order to analyse and execute the maintenance tasks to ensure the assigned line(s) are meeting the expected performance,
- Ensuring that hissubordinate teams work fully and efficiently,
- To plan the annual maintenance of the machines in the factory and to coordinate these maintenances,
- To define, regulate and coordinate the processes and sub-processes, inputs and outputs, criteria and success criteria related to maintenance activities of electrical power-control systems, and to ensure their effective, efficient and flawless operation,
- To provide the necessary coordination for the elimination of malfunctions in mechanical devices,
- To provide information and reports on maintenance to a senior management,
- Providing daily and weekly maintenance,
- To determine the costs required for machine maintenance and repair annually and when necessary, to present them to the management.
- Representing the business in the best way inside and outside the factory.
