GENEL NİTELİKLER
Şirketimiz, Bekaert Türkiye organizasyonunda değerlendirilmek üzere,Makine Mühendisliği bölümü mezunu ,
Mekanik Bakım ve/veya Proje & Yatırımlaralanında min.3 yıl iş tecrübesi olan Mühendis işe alımı yapılacaktır.
MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Your Role/Job Description
- Preparing Equipment improvement requests for local improvements and transfer into the GAMM system
- Applying projects and follow up future plans , Making cost studies for capex projects
- Preparing time and manpower plan for IM/Capex projects ,being engaged in continues improvement activities, making improvement suggestions
- Attending meetings with Global Maintenance Management for investment proposals and making decisions within the scope of global projects and usage of Bekaert parts
- Developing and regularly updating all maintenance manuals, including technical drawings and manuals related with projects
- Managing actions coming from other department' s performance dialogues, GEMBA walks and 5S .
- Managing GEMBA activities according to GEMBA plan
- Leading the Health and Safety activities in the working field.
- Leading Energy management and studies intended for energy saving.
- Supporting development of operators, monitoring their technical skills.
- Playing an active role in the design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Working in cooperation with department staff and other functions
- Contributing to Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Business Security, Information Security, Energy)
Your Profile/Requirements
- Holding bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering field
- At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance and/or project & investments experience
- Computer operating skills, MS Office applications, Autocad
- Good command of Speaking English (Candidates who believe that they have a sufficient level of English to take the IELTS General Exam)
- Having knowledge on production process and products
- Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Solution Oriented,Teamwork and Cooperation, Planning Skills, Time Management, Being Customer Oriented.
