Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills:
- Graduates from reputable universities with a related Bachelor’s degree,
- Preferably Industrial Engineering or an MBA degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
- Maximum two years of work experience after graduation,
- Willingness and eagerness for learning and self-development,
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills,
- Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
- Flexible about travelling,
- The military obligation must be postponed for male candidates; at least 2 years.
