Location: Çerkezköy
Our Çerkezköy site employs around 3000 people, manufacturing a portfolio of hose products.
Job Description
Planning Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and improving their area in line with industrial requirements and new technologies.
Job Responsibilities
• Improves productivity of HYD FF by developing the equipment or creating new standardized manufacturing methods.
• Investigates and analyzes production methods, processes, and operations and proposes possible modifications for continuous improvement.
• Conducts budget investigations, project follow-up checks and new line implementations for new projects and processes.
• Prepares and maintains all production documentation and updates process documentation.
• Builds close relationships with other manufacturing operations and units.
• Supports the implementation of quality control procedures in the shop floor.
• Ensures accuracy of BOM and routings within MFG/PRO.
• Researches, recommends, and assists capital equipment projects.
• Utilizes problem solving techniques such as global 8D, PFMEA, control plans, etc.
• Implements EHS and local regulatory requirements aligned with local MESH plan of the plant.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing
• Excellent command of English, for both written and verbal communication
• Strong team-building and organizational skills
• Project Management, Process Management, MS Office, MS Project knowledge is required
