•Min 2 years of experiance in automotive industry field, espacially new product development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Approve the created and revised Control Plan, PFMEA, Process flow chart and BOM.
• Manage new car development process according to costumer phases.
• Follow costumer special request and new part development phases. (Prototype, pilot and pre-serial production etc.) Also, approve sub-supliers production trail.
• Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
• Create or find and evaluate, better and more efficient ways to manufacture our products, which involves techniques, processes, and procedures.
• Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
• Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements.
• Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
•Completes design and development projects by training and guiding technicians.
• Incorporate engineering specifications into design, process, or techniques and provide feedback to capture lessons learned.
• Improve manufacturing process cost.
• Ensure solutions achieve required quality levels, reliability, and consistency.
• Report, implement, and monitor key performance indicators and metrics.
• Follow production steps and KPI's such as FTT, OEE, BTS, productivity.
•Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
•Report product and process details by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
