/ Designing machinery, process and line according to safety, ergonomic and efficiency.
/ Continuous improvement of the productivity as well as the factory flexibility
/ Improvement of machines and equipment in order to achieve targets for technical availability as well as set targets for production quality and productivity
/ Investment planning and contribution for on-time production of new products and process launches (plan, procure, commissioning of related machines)
/ Supporting BPS ( Value stream, PGL, LLD, etc.) & digital transformation activities
Your Profile
/ University degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Industry Engineering or relevant engineering departments
/ Ability to work independently and structured
/ Fluent English knowledge is must
/ MS Office is mandatory, and AutoCAD and NX are plus
/ Experience in lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, Poke yoke, Jidoka, VSM, etc.) and knowledge in Industry 4.0, Manufacturing execution system, SAP, and a good understanding of tools and methods for a production system
