QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

One of the leading companies FMCG business in Turkey, Hayat Kimya is looking for a '' Manufacturing Process Engineer ‘’

· Graduated from Mechanical Engineering, etc. departments of universities

· Min 1-2 years of experience in the production process (especially liquid packaging or making process, will be asset.)

· Fluent in English, both of written and spoken

· Knowledge in the field of Lean Manufacturing Techniques (VSM, TPM, SMED, Kanban),

· Experienced in time management in production lines and method study

· Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel knowledge

· Experienced in SAP program and minitab usage in order to data management and analysis

· Male candidates must have completed military service

· Residing / able to reside in Kocaeli

Job Description;

· Organizing and implementing lean production techniques

· To lead the process development actions.

· Providing pre-setting of new production system in production facilities

· To implement time and method studies

· To engage in activities which focus on productivity and improvement, follow and develop its performances

· Carrying out studies to reduce non-value-added works

· To support the establishment of technical production standards

· To actively lead and manage projects which aim to reduce costs, increase quality and develop.

· To follow up the daily management system (according to HMS standards, Hayat Operational Excellence System)

· Leading to solve on-going actions by implementing the problem solving techniques.

· To follow the occupational health and safety studies

· To engage in method engineering activities, ensure the documentation of new processes and after chance management activities.
