Manufacturing Supply Chain Lead, Eur İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a;

MANUFACTURING SUPPLY CHAIN LEAD, EUR;

who will be responsible to orchestrate the end-to-end flow of goods in relation to our fast growing and expanding external manufacturing activity across zone EUR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run all Supply Chain related discussions with given external manufacturing partners with the aim to provide superior service to our customers
• Collaborate with S&OP and use customer forecast data to set up and run a collaborative planning process with the external manufacturing partner to anticipate, negotiate, book and manage production and warehousing capacity on a rolling basis over a 1-12 month period
• Work closely with our teams from Customer Experience, Planning, Logistics, Transport, Procurement and QHSE toorganize the end-to-end flow of goods to and from our external manufacturing partners by using SAP and our new tools (Kinaxis) in a control tower approach
• Anticipate requirements for internal and external components required by the external manufacturing partner to produce according to our customer needs. Issue external manufacturing partner purchase orders, coordinate execution with the regional/site planning, logistics, transport and QHSE teams
• Monitor external manufacturing partners performance and inventory levels

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• 5+ years relevant experience in supply chain, such as production scheduling, planning, logistics in a fast moving environment
• Good understanding of our production processes, customer focus
• Team player, can-do attitude and problem solver
• Strong communication, partnership and influencing skills in English
• Proven ability to operate and collaborate under stress
• Highly analytical and able to make decisions within defined parameters
• Computer skills: SAP ECC, Kinaxis or equivalent and MS office proficiency
• APICS Basics, CPIM or DDI (DDMRP) DDPP Certified a Plus
