QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
AGENCY OFFICER
- Bachelor’s degree (Marine/Naval Architecture/Mechanical or Ship Management is preferable )
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field & a similar position
- Advance Level in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
- No military obligations for male candidates
- Analytical mind with strong planning and self learning skills, team work oriented
- To have good technical knowledge, observation skills and high quality vision in order to fulfill job requirements
AGENCY OFFICER is responsible for ;
- Preparation of relevant document for day to day works of Fleet Vessels,
- Following up the Key Performance indicators
- Assisting Department Superintendents and Manager
- Coordination of all vessel husbandry matters at port calls
- Managing communication with vessel agents.
- Handling marine related invoices and disbursement accounts.
