AGENCY OFFICER


  • Bachelor’s degree (Marine/Naval Architecture/Mechanical or Ship Management is preferable )
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field & a similar position
  • Advance Level in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook programs
  • No military obligations for male candidates
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and self learning skills, team work oriented
  • To have good technical knowledge, observation skills and high quality vision in order to fulfill job requirements



AGENCY OFFICER is responsible for ;

  • Preparation of relevant document for day to day works of Fleet Vessels,
  • Following up the Key Performance indicators
  • Assisting Department Superintendents and Manager
  • Coordination of all vessel husbandry matters at port calls
  • Managing communication with vessel agents.
  • Handling marine related invoices and disbursement accounts.
