QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Demonstrated competence in coordination & stakeholder management
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, decision making and result-oriented and follow-up skills are essential
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license, willing to travel frequently
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in MS Office,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing centrally the market research needs of sales and marketing groups
- To determine processes and standards to optimize market research processes
- To ensure that the market researches are carried out within the framework of the determined standards
- Supporting marketing teams to gain customer insight and create value-creating projects based on market research outputs
- To create and coordinate launch plans centrally in order to make new product launches more effective
- Sharing best practices among launch products,
