  • What you'll be doing:

    The role will include collaboration the Global and Regional Insight team on relevant projects as well as managing Local projects as required. This position should also demonstrate a pro-active attitude in identifying strategic and tactical gaps for Avon business opportunity. In addition, the role will include strategic support: 1/ to the Global Insights teams (relevant projects), 2/ to the local country Management (primarily VCP and brand research initiatives).

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manages local continuous market research projects (cost review, questionnaire update, report preparation and result debriefs)
    • Leads qual. and quant. ad-hoc projects in the country of the base location (agency briefing, project setup, result debriefs)
    • Manages support to global and regional Market Research teams enabling local implementation of the global/regional MR projects. Submit Monthly Narratives to Region for Global Senior Management market overview
    • Manages various data analysis for the local marketing team, supports team planning cycles with all sorts of available data and findings
    • Leads all pricing and analytics related research projects in local country in line with Global expectations
    • Delivers strategic support on required projects (Global IMI, Turkey)
    • Leading competitor assessment and category trends analyses to feed into strategic decision making at all levels of the business
    • Leading all research portfolio for VCP projects
    • Identifies and promotes strategic consumer and market insights with functional teams in charge of business opportunity

    We'd love you to have:

    - University degree in Statistics, Economy

    - At least 5-6 years of experience in related field

    - Expertise in both Qualitative and Quantitative Research

    - High communication skills, third party management

    - Eager to develop his/herself

    - Strategic and analytical thinking skills
