ABOUT THE ROLE
As a rapidly growing company, Jotform is seeking a Market Researcher in our Ankara office, located at a relaxed fun environment in Hacettepe University Teknokent.
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Research and identify customer segments, needs and behaviors; discover use cases
- Research and analyze competitor features, strategies and vision
- Identify market opportunities and position products
- Articulate feature definitions and user requirements
- Work with Growth, Marketing and Product Teams for market research requirements
Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in business or a technical fields, or a combination of experience and education.
- Product Management or Analyst experience is a must.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and ideate products that can win
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS companies is a plus
- Excellent command of English

- Ability to work both independently and efficiently in a collaborative and cross-functional setting
