GENEL NİTELİKLER
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated communication / PR strategies and plans that generate earned awareness
- Lead social engagement strategies, community management and produce compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of the brands.
- Build strong social media relations and support with the direct communication with the press.
- Manage the work and capabilities of agencies (designer, SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialist etc.)
- Develop deep knowledge of relevant stakeholders, create networks, and build long term positive relationships
- Lead issues to resolution with tailored messaging and appropriate communication plans, guides the business towards informed and timely decisions to minimize impact and protect brand reputation
- Provide the required administrative and marketing support, assisting brand’s day to day operational activities,
- Co-lead new project development & implementation plans
- Assist in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities,
- Monitor marketing budget spend and provide timely communication to relevant stakeholders
- Assume smooth collaboration with all internal stakeholders as well as the agencies.
- Monitor marketing suppliers, make arrangements with new suppliers and following invoices related to the marketing.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree in any discipline (a Communication/PR focus is desirable, but not crucial)
- Previous experience in Communications/Brand PR including experience in issues and crisis management.
- Strong communications skills and management of external relations.
- Experience in influencer-inspired credentialing and equity building PR programs
- Fluency in English and Turkish
