Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar disciplines,
· Master's degree is a plus,
· At least 5 years of experience in areas such as marketing, category management or product management,
· Excellent command of English language (second language will be an asset),
· Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical thinking & complex problem solving
· Strong communication and negotiation skills,
· Multi-stakeholder management capability,
· Proficient in Microsoft Office especially advance skills of Excel and PowerPoint,
· Moderate level of SAP knowledge will be an asset,
· Fast learner, committed to personal development and growth, excellent time management skills,
· Strong ownership and leadership skills. Ability to work and communicate across different functions and multiple layers of organizations,
· No travel restrictions,

Job Description:
· Developing/executing annual product category and business planswithin Regal Marketing Department,
· Peraparing annual sales budgets,
· Strong understanding of P&L,
· Sales forecasting per SKU in relation to every sales channel,
· Preparing periodic performance reports,
· Analysing and creating action plans out of market reports,
· Having periodic field trips and developing a strong understanding of the market,
· Taking an active role in category-based and brand-based projects, communication activities,
· Identifying value propositions and key messages for the category’s marketing campaigns;
· Building brand awareness and generating leads while managing internal and external marketing campaigns and programs.
