QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Marketing Assistant Specialist to take part in Pinvin Travel Headquarters – Strategy Function in Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in related fields

· 1+ years of experience in mobile&digital marketing

· Experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tourism industry

· Strong entry-level experience

· Proficient in excel

· Creative and results-oriented mindset

· Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions

· Excellent communication skills

· Appreciation and understanding of teamwork

Responsibilities

· Working closely with marketing managers and other teams to execute coordinated user acquisition campaigns

· Monitoring, measuring and reporting on campaign performance to refine strategies

· Proposing and implementing successful optimization strategies on channels such as Facebook, Google, Instagram and other ad networks

· Analyzing competitor landscape and collaborating with the creative team to come up with new concepts

· Identifying missing opportunities and taking them on as your own

· Good understanding of digital monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager.
