QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are excited and looking forward to gain a new talent for our international sales and marketing department.

Kombi Klima Shop Tic. A.S. is a reputable and strong stock-holder and wholesaler in HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) industry. We have been successfully operating only in B2B (business-to-business) market. Our headquarter and warehouses are located in Istanbul.

Our new team member will work in our headquarter office in Atasehir (Metropol Istanbul Business Center).

This position will be primarily focused on international B2B marketing functions (mostly but not limited to digital marketing), then, based on the need of the department and the career objectives of the new team member, he/she might also be able to work also on international sales function of the department.

We are so encouraged to share our experience with our new team member and let him/her to be equipped with all necessary professional knowledge and tools, so, experienced and inexperienced candidates’ applications are both so welcome. The qualifications that the candidates are essentially supposed to have:

- No experience or maximum 3 years of work experience,

- Having a bachelor’s degree (4-years of university education),

- Desire to run his/her career in B2B marketing function of the business (and know the differences between B2C marketing and B2B marketing),

- Good command of English and Turkish (additional languages, especially Russian would be an asset),

- Competency in use of some office softwares (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint),

- Familiar with or very enthuiastic to learn more about newly emerging social media (generally ‘new media’) technologies,

- Having a strong multi-cultural awarenes,

- Polished writing skills (frequent typos are not welcome) (a cover letter with your application would be so helpful),

- Have a remarkable sence of digital aesthetics,

- No military obligation for male candidates.


Glaring assets that we hope our new team member has (but not a must):

You do not have to have the following assets but, in any way, we expect our new team member to have great enthusiasm to learn more and more about his/her new job!

- Additional languages (especially Russian),

- Any bachelor’s or graduate (master’s) degree in relevant study fields (i.e. Marketing, International Marketing, Business Administration),

- Any relevant and comprable work experience (or intern experience for inexperienced candidates) in an international company and/or export trading companies (especially in marketing/sales functions),

- Basic knowledge in Canva and/or similar tools (or even much more professional softwares) would be regarded as a “bonus” but it is not a must.


Job Description:

Providing assistance to the team (and enthuiastic to learn more) on :


(i) B2B lead generation activities and B2B Marketing Communication (MarCom)

- Create content (texts, image, multimedia) and publish online (via various kinds of digital platforms, social media, web site etc.)

- Make things in order and help our social media accounts (mostly, but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn etc.) and online B2B marketplace accounts (Alibaba and others) run efficiently. Writing, revising/editing the related fields about the company, business activities etc., post & revise products details, etc.)

- Share posts and stories regularly and irregularly (upon requirement) in our social media accounts

- First and “small” contacts with the leads / prospects (eg. sending introductory content to them, or any effort to start a qualified ‘interaction’) mostly reached via emailing, social media, online business directories, online company databases, online B2B marketplaces…

- Run segmented email campaigns: sending and follow up the introductory emails, news and announcements, special discounts etc.

- Run digital ads in various digital channels (assist to plan, develop, and track the performance of the ad campaigns, in a close colloboration and contact with related third parties such as advertising agencies, assist the exchange of information and documents between the parties etc.)


(ii) Market research (mostly using online databases and online sources)

- Compile, summarize, filter data from internal (CRM) and external sources (mostly online, such as company databases, business directories, trade statistics etc.), Google Anaytics, Yandex Metrica etc. and reporting to his/her manager.
