BN Hotel Thermal & SPA which is one and only luxury thermal hotel of the region looks for new faces to join its welcoming, dedicated and visional sales team.
We are seeking for “Marketing & Communications Executive” with the skills listed below;
- Colege or Bachelor degree in Tourism & Hotel Management
- At least two years experience in Sales & Marketing department in equivalent hotels.
- Fluent level of English language is required to carry out the work and follow any developments related to the job.
- Advanced skills in various computer software and Fidelio Suite 8 knowledge will be an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proved track record in driving & analyzing online marketing tools
- Team player qualities.
- Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated.
- Flexible to travel, assuring continuous visibility at sales calls.
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations.
JOB DETAILS
- Take responsibility in planning and organizing annual marketing plan of the hotel with the executive team together.
- Delivery and measurement of seasonal multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns,
- To plan, execute and measure all online/offline ads and campaigns
- To work closely with agencies to deliver the annual online and offline media strategy across a wide range of platforms, plan printed materials such as brochues, sales kits, menus etc.
- To work with our digital agency to assist in the delivery of our digital strategy across PPC, SEO, content marketing and e-newsletters, website developments.
- To take an active role in contacting regional and national press, bloggers/ influencers to secure journalist visits to the Hotel.
- To assist the sales team to conduct marketing & sales programs, visits and meetings.
- To reflect the vision of the hotel via communication channels and techniques.
- To carry out all other duties reasonably requested by the executives.
