- Bachelor degree related departments of universities,
- Min. 8 years of experience in marketing,
- 3 years experience in a similar position in the textile industry,
- Experienced in agency management,
- Able to use MS Office applications well,
- Fluent in English,

Position Details
- Determining online communication and marketing strategies suitable for the target audience, media, and brand values and presenting them to the management,
- Implementation of the agreed Marketing Plan,
- Creating the annual media budget and plan, present to the management,
- Implementation and follow-up of the agreed annual media budget,
- Managing media buying activities,
- Determining the corporate identity of the brand and applying it in all kinds of media,
- Determination of the shooting concepts of the brand and execution of the processes
- Segmentation on the basis of product and price, evaluation and reporting of competition and market potential,
- Timely and accurate preparation of the necessary reports for the effectiveness of the marketing organization, sharing them with the relevant department managers and employees,
- Managing all communication works (ATL, BTL, Digital, other),
- Effective management of service partners (creative agency, digital agency, media purchasing agency, etc.),
- Monitoring and presenting to the management the competitor/similar product, service, and price strategies in the market,
- Increasing brand loyalty with CRM applications, expanding the customer portfolio,
- Analyzing the loyalty program (campaigns) both as a concept and after each application,
- Corporate reputation management of the brand and its founders/managers,
- Identifying and managing social responsibility projects,
- Supporting the effective management of press relations,
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is created in accordance with the company's communication policy,
- Carrying out studies to increase the number of customer databases,
