QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a foreign invested Exhibition Company located in Istanbul.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communcations, Advertisement or equivalent,

· 4+ years experience in marketing

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Knowledge of all marketing tools including digital marketing

· Strong understanding of web and email marketing

· Excellent time, process and task management skills, good analytical skills,

· Good communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Maintaining the regular contact and relations with local/abroad all sector publications and stakeholders,

· Work in coordination with the 3rd parties and agencies

· Organize, manage, and prioritize workflow on multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines

· Organizing the events held in parallel to fairs such as conferences,meetings etc.

· Responsible of newsletters, and data management

· Preparing and tracking all marketing materials
