QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

D-Resort Göcek offers you newly designed up to international luxury standard with Bed&Breakfast concept. Resort provides to its guests an elegant and luxurious concept with its new 102 comfortable rooms that reveal lush gardens and the splendor of the surrounding mountains, as well as one Presidential suite and 6 Revenue Centers.


D-Resort Göcek is looking for an energetic ‘Marketing Executive’ with the following criterias;

  • University degree from reputable university, preferably in Business Administration or Economics or Tourism Management,
  • At least five or more years of hotel marketing or sales administrative experience in 5* hotel.
  • Ability to write and speak fluently, effectively, mistake free and creatively in Turkish and English.
  • Ability to handle confidential material and information in an ethical and a professional manner.
  • Excellent file maintenance & organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in timely manner.
  • Advanced skills in various computer software: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to details, creative and innovative.
  • Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to the hotel marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate well, build trust and cooperate with all departments within the hotel, with guests and all external companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Implement the agreed rate structure and strategy for all market segments
  • Direct all sales activities ensure that they meet the goals of the Marketing Plan
  • Maintain close relationships with all key decision-makers both in local and international markets
  • Explore new markets and potential accounts
  • Implement all sales and marketing action plans in the Marketing Plan
  • Set clear strategies and goals to enhance guest, employee experience, and ensure brand clarity and integrity in all modes of communication
  • Ensure Communication activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate
  • Work with all revenue producing departments in the hotel and ensure most optimal marketing strategy is pursued.
  • Ensure that marketing expense budgets are maintained and optimized wherever possible
  • To maximise the effectiveness of Heads of Department by developing each individuals’ skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching, and/or mentoring.
  • To maintain strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.
