University degree required ideally in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering
Minimum 1 year experience in growth marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong understanding on both digital marketing and web analytics & customer journey
Experienced on tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adjust (or other mmp), Data Studio, Insider and Microsoft Excel will be preferred
Knowledge of how common advertising technologies work and are linked to each other.
Experience on CRO (conversion rate optimization), especially on lead generation is an asset If you’re in, you’ll be responsible for:
Evaluating the return on marketing investment: Preparing marketing reports, recommending, projecting and reporting website optimization and customer journey activities
Evaluate and plan for different tracking technologies
Supporting the team on everything related to the marketing tech stack: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Adjust etc.
Contribute to report interpretation with your knowledge around tracking implementation
Assist in implementation of new tracking tools and attribution models in marketing
