QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, talented, and creative Marketing Manager for LeyLak. Applicants should have a strong background in handling different Digital marketing, social media platforms as well as knowledge in SEO, Google ads and E-commerce, websites, and mobile application.

Job Description:

  1. Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  2. Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  3. Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, SEO/SEM and display advertising campaigns.
  4. Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, maintain the company's content, websites, and mobile application among many other tasks.
  5. Design a solid CSR strategy and follow through the implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Build and maintain solid relationships with key industry players, partners, and agencies to best serve the interests of the company.
  7. Develop periodic reports evaluating KPIs, analyze data and figures, and improve performance while recommending new initiatives/actions.
  8. Develop creative briefs for all communication platforms including print, digital, and video.
  9. Conceptualize, create engaging content and direct campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  10. Work closely with the GM's to align sales and marketing strategies and anticipate sales performance trends accordingly.

General Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable University in Marketing or any relevant field.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years proven working experience in digital and e-commerce marketing.
  3. Advanced usage of MS Office Tools.
  4. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  5. Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
  6. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
