GENEL NİTELİKLER

AIM OF THE POSITION:

Oversee the marketing strategy for the organisation who plans and executes marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organisation's strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the profile and awareness for Novotel brand and Novotel Bosphorus.
  • Maintain brand consistency and promote brand positioning and values.
  • Define the strategy and marketing actions and implement an annual cross-channel communication plan using the dedicated annual budget in collaboration with the central team.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness with agencies and vendors
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Impact hotel revenue through media campaigns and partnership marketing.
  • Implement activities to promote and support hotel activities (tactical campaigns, marketing collaterals, PR activation, special events, social media and CRM-activities).
  • Manage and activate PR and social media agencies.
    REQUIREMENT :

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Knowledge and certificate of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
