AIM OF THE POSITION:
Oversee the marketing strategy for the organisation who plans and executes marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organisation's strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the profile and awareness for Novotel brand and Novotel Bosphorus.
- Maintain brand consistency and promote brand positioning and values.
- Define the strategy and marketing actions and implement an annual cross-channel communication plan using the dedicated annual budget in collaboration with the central team.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness with agencies and vendors
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Impact hotel revenue through media campaigns and partnership marketing.
- Implement activities to promote and support hotel activities (tactical campaigns, marketing collaterals, PR activation, special events, social media and CRM-activities).
- Manage and activate PR and social media agencies.
REQUIREMENT :
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Knowledge and certificate of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
