QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably having a Master's Degree in Marketing,
- 10+ years of experience in brand development and brand strategies, Retail and/or FMCG companies,
- Dynamic professional with strong leadership (min 3 years managerial experience),
- Superior communication, presentation and time management skills,
- Ability to interpret various customer insights, strong creative and analytical mindset,
- Showed strong analytical and conceptual skills,
- A visionary marketing professional with a strong and authentic business sense and the real desire to achieve targets,
- Fluency in English (Italian will be considered as a plus),
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Having no restriction to travel abroad.
Job Description
- Create and implement global brand strategy in the countries,
- Forecast consumers insight about the brand and adapt it according to the new trends in the countries,
- Develop 360 marketing plans, analyze & evaluate market trends by closely monitoring the local and global competition,
- Execute the holistic marketing plan, annual budget and communication plans,
- Manage the launch-relaunches, consumer and event activities in the countries,
- Work closely with other related department members in projects,
- Prepare the event, campaign, and weekly/monthly report, meanwhile analysis the data to improve the ROI,
- Analyz and take actions from consumer research on the performance, image and communication evaluations,
- Plan and execute with the trade marketing team unique and unrivalled trade support plans,
- Be responsible for planning of the brand, and communication strategy, coordinate the advertising strategies both in ATL and BTL,
- Be responsible for global business development of the brand.
