GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a team player who is going to be placed as "MARKETING MANAGER". The position is located in our International Tourism Sector section of Marketing Department The Land of Legends Theme Park Antalya.


  • Execute marketing tactics, partnerships, programming and activations supporting the hotel.
  • Manage annual marketing activation plan and calendar focused on driving business into low & shoulder seasons while enhancing the guest experience during peak seasons
  • Create a content strategy for the website, social media platforms & email communications
  • Plan and communicate marketing plans and activities with operators
  • Support PR, social media and digital media tactics
  • Attend key operational meetings to ensure alignment with all hotel stakeholders
  • Liaise with all parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
  • Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive analysis
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Youtube Studio, Facebook Analytics, Riva IQ, Data Studio)
  • Identify, evaluate, create and develop tourism opportunities such as co-marketing, cross promotion, brand integration and consumer experiences.
  • Identify audience insights, increase market share across key audiences to drive visits and maximize opportunity for repeat visits through effective guest experience, annual pass sales, campaigns, upsells, add-ons and product development.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail etc.)
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, tour operators and vendors
  • Oversee and prepare marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Develop marketing actions & projects, including company websites and social media
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency management team
  • Assist in preparing the monthly & annual Marketing Plans, and ensuring that marketing objectives are achieved, measured and analyzed.
  • Analyzing booking patterns and market trends

  • University graduate,
  • Fluent in English & Russian, Turkish (advantage)
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales & marketing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing & e-commerce skills
  • Experience with OTA ( Booking, Expedia & trip advisor)
  • Skills in budget management
  • Skills in project management, coordination, marketing & brand communication
  • Skills in on site & UX operations
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Computer skills in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint, Keynotes and Photoshop (preferably)
  • Strong knowledge of revenues & analysis
