QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Marketing Specialist” with the following qualifications to join our Marketing Department in our Aydin office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in business administration, economics, marketing or a relevant discipline
- Min 2 years of similar experience within marketing or marketing communications experience
- Excellent command of computer and MS Office applications ability to process and analyse data in Excel
- Experience in SEO, driving paid media initiatives covering social media, search & display is a plus.
- No restriction for travelling
- Strong research skills, Self-motivated, resilience and goal orientated
- Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting and presentation skills
- Customer focused, Problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization, planning, analytical thinking, negotiation and time management skills
- Valid driver license (Class B)
- Fluent in English both verbal and written

Job Description:
- Conducting market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach related customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
- Assist and execute operation in field such as event participation, exhibitions, etc.
- Prepare and update point of sales materials such as catalogues, brochures, advertorials with related agencies.
- Participate in developing marketing strategies as well as marketing plan and budget based upon company business objectives.
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, mailing, etc.)
- Assist to develop unique impactful marketing campaigns and product launches that covers both push & pull marketing
- Prepare contents regularly for website, newsletter publishing, social media.
