QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

HANWA TURKEY is a branch of HANWA CO., LTD which is one of the major trading companies in Japan, established in 1947, Annual turnover US$16 Billion, total employees 5069 (in whole group) and we have 44 overseas offices and subsidiaries all around the world.

HANWA TURKEY mainly deals with all kinds of steel and steel products other than steel, we have business of Metal & Alloys, Non-Ferrous Metals, chemicals, etc.
While we import steel products from Japan and other countries, we also promote and export Turkish Steel to all around the world with the collaboration of our overseas offices.
We are looking for a “Marketing Specialist” with below specifications to join in our team located in Acıbadem Akasya.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree

· Experience in International Trading, Sales (experience in Steel industry would be preferable), new graduates are welcome as well

· Advance level of English is a must (Japanese language would be a plus)

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Strong analytical skills and effective communication and negotiation skills

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Self-motivated and self-driven

· Able to work comfortably in an international environment

· No obstacle for traveling; both domestic and international

· Completed military service for male candidates

Job Description

·Business development by searching for new customers and improving existing business partners’ performance both domestically and internationally

·Building strong, long-lasting customer and understanding their needs

·Following all sales processes from taking customer requests/ orders to delivery and after sales operations.

·Performing regular customer visits.

·Screening market situation (products, pricing, supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators)
