QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Drive Master Data Management and Data Quality improvement across the BRF Turkey Operation for consistency, correctness and completeness.
- Develops robust data quality and governance mechanism to improve organization’s data quality across commercial, production, accounting, supply chain, quality and other key functions.
- Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
- Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like Sox, time tracking, reporting, and other internal systems and processes.
- Follow all relevant Master Data policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Analyze the input and integrity of the Master Data in the ERP Systems to ensure that the data is timely and accurate in a manner that supports business requirements
- Perform customer creation, material creation, supplier creations, updates requests
- Maintain clear documentation on Data creation/maintenance processes as well as list of all assignees across business and direct contact
- Coordinate across the Business on all the master data related requirements
- Perform routine (administrative) activities while providing a constant guidance
- Organizing trainings for users related to the Master Data processes
- Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
- Assist in one or more processes.
- Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related departments
- 1-3 years of working experience is required
